Collaboration and Community

Happy Friday!

I've been reflecting this week whilst away in The Lakes on the wonderful Coaching Central Development Day that was held last week at the beautiful Wooten Park. It was a day of community, connection, growth and fun! Thank you so much Rachael McNidder and June Hogan MCIPD for a truly brilliant day and for asking me to speak - what an honour it was. 

My session was titled 'Make every relationship count' which focused on....

✨ Taking client relationships to the next level (both strong relationships and those

that require work and attention)

✨ Learning practical contracting methodology to build trust and accountability in

coaching relationships 

✨ Taking part in guided exercises to explore how to build upon identified

relationships using contracting tools and techniques

✨ Exploring how to apply these insights and tools to both professional and

personal relationships

I also had the pleasure of learning from Ray Charlton Simon Hague and Amanda Bolger PCC all of whom delivered excellent sessions which helped us to reflect, learn, grow and connect as a coaching group. 

It was wonderful to meet so many coaches from the group in person. Also fantastic to see you Marie Wicker 🌈 Jonathan Ratcliff Natalie Harvey PCC Fiona Anderson Rosanna Williams-Wood MBA PCC and Jane Cryer. 

It really is a wonderful thing to be surrounded by so many talented coaches for a day! I can’t wait for the next CC Development Day - I feel so fortunate to be part of this thriving coaching community.
