Happy Friday!
I wanted the share the highlight of my January - I received this at the end of last week. I'm absolutely delighted to have achieved the certification of NLP MASTER PRACTITIONER. To be awarded this by Sue Knight means an enormous amount to me. I've worked so hard for this and it's definitely been my most challenging, thought-provoking and immersive certification and accreditation to date - both the programme and my modelling project.
I wanted to share what I have learnt along the way.....
✨ Excellence exists all around us - we just need to be curious and open to listening
and learning from others
✨ The true gift of feedback and listening, reflecting and acting on it
✨ The value and power of patience
✨ How generous people are with their time
✨ That everything we have is within
✨ How much I love continuing to learn, challenge and develop myself
✨ The importance of TOTE (test, operate, test, exit) in NLP modelling and being
patient to test, test and retest to achieve certainty and consistency in
outcomes and results
✨ The power of connecting and learning with people all around the world
✨ Just to go with it more and to embrace vulnerability
✨ How much I have learnt by making mistakes - not getting things right first,
second or even third time round is a good thing - a lesson I want to encourage
my children to embrace
✨ How learning whilst having fun and laughing are so important to me
✨ How much my model is helping both myself and others to make tough
decisions (both yes and no decisions) and experience peace, confidence and
conviction.
